The program

The D&M Powertrain messaging program is operated by CLK Family Holdings LLC, the registered brand for this program. It is an internal pilot: its only recipients are CLK Family Holdings LLC staff and authorized testers, and no customer receives messages from this number. It sends transactional text messages about the test transactions the pilot runs — secure links for submitting required documents, appointment reminders, and status updates. It sends no marketing or promotional messages.

Consent

You enroll by signing the pilot’s written consent form, on which you print your own name and the mobile number the pilot may use. There is no website opt-in, no keyword opt-in and no point-of-sale enrolment — the signed form is the only way anyone joins. Consent is not a condition of employment, of purchasing anything, or of leasing anything. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Frequency, rates, and delivery

Message frequency varies with the activity on your transaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

Privacy
