Who we are

D&M Powertrain is a vehicle-leasing operations platform operated by CLK Family Holdings LLC (the registered brand for this messaging program). This policy covers the information handled by the program.

The messaging program is an internal pilot. Its only recipients are CLK Family Holdings LLC staff and authorized testers who have each signed a written consent form; no customer receives messages from this number. How consent is collected is described in full on the Text Message Consent page.

What we collect and why

When you sign the pilot’s consent form, we store your name, the mobile number you wrote on it, and the details of the test transaction the pilot uses. We use your number for one purpose: sending you the pilot’s transactional text messages — secure document-upload links, appointment reminders, and status updates. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not send messages to any number that has not signed the form.

Mobile information is never shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent is shared with, or sold to, any third party. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver the messages themselves.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with the activity on your transaction. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the address below. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing or leasing anything.
