This is an internal pilot
This messaging program is an internal pilot of the D&M Powertrain platform. The only people who receive messages from this number are CLK Family Holdings LLC staff and authorized testers. No customer receives messages from this number, and no message is sent to anyone who has not personally signed the consent form below.
How consent is collected
Consent is collected on paper, in person, before any message is sent. Each participant reads and signs the form below — printed from this page — writing their own name and the mobile number they want the pilot to use, then dating and signing it. The signed forms are held by CLK Family Holdings LLC. A participant’s number is added to the pilot only after their signed form exists.
There is no website opt-in form, no keyword opt-in and no point-of-sale enrolment for this program. The signed form is the only way anyone joins it.

Consent to receive text messages
I agree that D&M Powertrain (operated by CLK Family Holdings LLC) may send text messages to the mobile number I provide on this form, as part of an internal pilot of its messaging system — including secure document-upload links, appointment reminders, and status updates. I understand this is a test program operated for D&M Powertrain staff and authorized testers, that I am not a customer, and that these messages are not about a real vehicle transaction of mine. Message frequency varies with the activity in the pilot. Message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. I understand that agreeing to receive these text messages is not a condition of my employment, of any purchase, or of any lease.
Return the signed form to CLK Family Holdings LLC at chase.kennemer@gmail.com. Your number is added to the pilot only after this signed form exists, and you can reply STOP at any time to be removed.
What the pilot sends
Transactional messages only. No marketing, no promotions, and nothing sent to a number that did not sign for it. The message the platform sends today is the secure document-upload link — a participant is asked to send in a document from their phone:

The program also covers the two other transactional types the platform is built to send as the pilot widens: appointment reminders and transaction status updates. Every message identifies D&M Powertrain by name and carries the STOP instruction.
Frequency, rates, opting out

- Varies with activity in the pilot. In practice a recipient receives a message only when a test transaction needs a document — typically a few messages per week at most, and none on a quiet week.

- Message and data rates may apply, according to the recipient's own mobile plan.
- Opting out
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. One final message confirms the opt-out and nothing is sent afterwards.

Consent is not a condition
Agreeing to receive these messages is not a condition of employment, of purchasing anything, or of leasing anything. A participant may decline, or opt out later, with no consequence.
